The way Millie and Danielle talk about film and generously share from their lives transcends your regular film podcast. And as a Gen X who’s studied film and loves it at my core, has the cynicism and smarts of someone who’s lived a life in the margins, is single, childless, and has a capacity for despair and joy in equal measure, ‘I Saw What You Did’ feels like mandatory listening tbh. Every ep has me snort laughing but also googling wildly, inspired and challenged to watch or read new things. You have to give this poddy a go. In fact, I insist. Bow down to your new queens!

I always enjoy hearing which movies the ladies discuss based on themes. Really loved the recent Father themed reviews - Frailty and The Stepfather. Frailty is such a great movie and you were both hilarious discussing it without giving too much away! The Stepfather was equally funny and now I really want to rewatch both. Great work!

Danielle and Millie are excellent podcasters and their friendship really shines through, as does their intelligence and humour. I love listening to this podcast as a buffer between all the true crime I consume. I haven’t even seen most of the movies they feature but you don’t have to to enjoy this podcast.

Such an incredible podcast! Both Danielle and Millie are so funny and enjoyable to listen to! I’m someone who generally doesn’t watch lots of movies but I still LOVE this podcast! It has sparked my interest in watching more movies and expanding my viewing from the select few I do watch. I also love that not all the movies picked are super mainstream or recent. I can’t wait to listen to future episodes and hear more about Danielle’s grandma 💕
