Decent podcast, but not enough card talk. I don’t follow college sports. I do a lot of fast forwarding to get to the card talk.

Tried to give this pod a chance but I can’t do it anymore. Tyler just brings it all down to a level that makes it seem like they just don’t care about cards. I’m out.

Love the show. Not sure the over under is as entertaining as you guys think. I could go without those. Or maybe just less often. Just seems to have taken over episodes and it’s hard because we can’t see the cards. Overall good show though

I listen to a number of sports podcasts and very few sportscards podcasts. This is my favorite sports pod by far. Ryan is a natural leader while Tyler and Lou add intrinsic knowledge that helps keep the show informative. I think Ryan could have his own podcast but this one is a great collaboration. *edit* Starting to get a little negative and off putting. The last Q and A episode was tough to listen. If you don’t like the questions, just don’t put them in the show. Stop blaming Jay and stay positive. Negativity from a Gary Vee squad is not going to play out well.

I’ve listened to this show for a long time and really enjoy it for the most part. Lou and Ryan are great card guys and knowledgable sports fans. However, the 3rd host Tyler has so many wrong takes on sports it’s obvious he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

This podcast is horrible! Be careful trusting Sméagol aka Gollum and anything he says especially after the Marx Cards incident. Laurel and Hardy are also unbearable to listen to.

You're an Ohio state, Penn state, or jets fan. Seriously though, Lou's shut downs are terrific and this is an incredibly entertaining podcast.

The knowledge dropped weekly about the card hobby and market is great. Perspective on flipping cards, long teen acquisitions, and a fair share of sports takes. A must listen!!

I’ve been a listener to CardTalkPod from day 1. It’s by far the most entertaining and informative sports card podcast available. The professionalism of the hosts Ryan, Tyler, and Lou shows they are true pros in the creation of content, and their card knowledge is fantastic. With awesome production quality from Jay and the producers of the show. Each bring their own perspective views that vary in what the collect, which sports they collect, their strategies in investing/flipping, and their own reasons for why the love the card market. Whether you’re a full time card shop owner, or the casual low end collector, there is content for you. One thing remains constant, they all have a passion for cards, and more importantly the people in the hobby. I’ve learned a ton from these guys about the card market and on top of that, have learned to appreciate 3 friends just chatting about cards, sports, and life during the last few years the pod has aired. I couldn’t possibly be more genuine when I say this is such an entertaining listen, and it’s the number 1 podcast I look forward to releasing each week. (IG: sonik_cards)

Call me a hater, but listening to Tyler has gotten unbearable with each new episode. I don’t care that his “tummy” hurts or about his weekend golf stories with “all his boys”. He’s clearly a new collector with minimal knowledge of the hobby. I also noticed he’s forgotten about how stupid NFTs are how much he was on board. Get rid of this clown and I will re-follow.

3 of the best people you could ask for a trading card podcast. Very intelligent, funny, and entertaining people. Haven’t missed an episode in a year and a half and look forward to each one every week. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes trading cards

40 years old and just getting back into the card thing with my two boys. A lot has changed but I think it’s for the good. Great podcast guys.

I love the show! Super insightful. The footie guy must start collecting NFL too. 🤣 Please release a training session on how to learn to value cards. Do like a card training session. I love having and buying cards, but I am scared to sell because I just don’t know.

Only thing I wish is that you did a show like everyday but I get it you guys have lives and this isn’t your main gig. Either way I love it and will keep listening! One of the best sports cards podcasts out there! I enjoy every Wednesday when a new episode is released. Just which there were more!

Solid card talk podcast once/week. Discussions include topics that apply to all cards (eg grading). Little to know baseball card talk, however. The podcast is extremely basketball and football focused, often to the exclusion of all other card talk. The guys should consider at least a 5 minute segment on every episode to hit the other sports.

I’ve already made better decisions buying and selling cards thanks to this podcast. Must listen for anyone in the hobby.

It’s a great show regardless of your background in the sports card hobby. The banter shows you that these guys know their stuff and get along with each other. Looking forward to the 2021 content.

IDK I think they do a good job at just taking about cards in a way everyone can understand about topics everyone should want to hear. Good enough for me to want more

The episode that made me want to write a review. Episode 23 did we stump the shop? 44:30 - 48:35 was really a summary of everything I did wrong in cards. Never a loss only a lesson. Eternally grateful for podcast like this and many others focus towards educating people in the market of cards. Education like this can turn a side hobby into a situation that can cover a vacation . Thanks guys for all the hard work

The most real talk about sports cards. Not just B.S. “picks” about telling people what to buy. I love their message as it’s okay to listen to others but also you have to forge your own path.

I have been searching for a good card podcast and this is it! If it sparks new ideas, gives guidance or is just a fun listen you need to listen!

Interested in the podcast seems more like Ryan is teaching his fellow 2 co hosts. But they did say a couple interesting things. Will come back and listen to the next podcast. But as of now seems like the gap in knowledge is pretty huge between ryan and his fellow hosts.

Very informative podcast. Hosts share their years of knowledge and it’s a great listen each week.

Only negative is they never talk about vintage. Instead it’s all about gambling and speculating on modern junk; they should learn from Gary Vee. Good podcast though, since not many alternatives.

Wish we could hear more from the guests. Seems like they are getting cut off or not allowed to finish
