I’ve been a regular listener of Locked On ACC and really appreciate the insight and energy that Alex Donno and Kenton Gibbs bring to every episode. Their chemistry, combined with knowledgeable guests, makes for an engaging listen whether you’re into football, basketball, or general ACC news. However, one area where the podcast could improve is in providing more balanced coverage across all ACC schools. While powerhouse programs like Florida State, Clemson, Miami, and Duke basketball naturally deserve attention, there are a lot of exciting stories and developments happening with smaller schools that don’t get enough spotlight. I have a suggestion. It would be fantastic to dedicate specific offseason episodes to each of the 17 ACC teams. This would give fans of every program, big or small, a deeper dive into their team’s progress, challenges, and outlook. It’s a great way to engage the entire ACC fanbase and highlight the depth of talent across the conference. Overall, it’s a fantastic podcast with strong hosts and great content, but I’d love to see a broader focus that represents the entire conference.

I like how often the episodes are and have no complaints. Of course fans of specific teams want more coverage but doesn’t deserve 3/5 stars. I think it’s a solid podcast.

Hi. I started listening to your show when Cal join the ACC, and I love the content and the comments Which are helpful and understanding the new league and teams. As we get closer to the season, I’m looking forward to the episodes increasingly focusing on football and less on lawsuits That fan that talked about the ACC being like Arizona was an aberration. For our fan base, I think reasonable expectations for the program, and with resources we have, is to consistently hit eight wins, and be competitive in nearly all our games. We want to see good football, and competitive football. Some years we may do better, some years, we may do worse, but the important thing for the program is to establish a consistent floor. we look forward to seeing y’all traveling out here, and if you need tips on where to eat and what to do on game day, just hit our message boards. go Bears.

I’ve been seeking more ACC-centric content for ages and I was excited to find a new ACC podcast. However this pod offers little to no analysis or facts. I listened to 3 different episodes the past few weeks and they use a lot of words to say very little while repeating themselves a bunch. It felt like I was sitting at a sports bar with the locals who talk about the good old days and not in a good way unfortunately. I’ll give it another shot later but I’m not hopeful.

Every time y’all comment on Miami it lets me know just how little you two actually follow the team or even just do your homework it’s very amateur if you ask me. How are guys not aware of who’s playing in the bowl games and who’s not how can make an honest opinion and you don’t even take the time to know the little things about a team

Unfortunately, I didn’t care for the hosts. They seemed to focus more on certain teams, and their insights weren’t worth my time.

It is the worst college football podcast with respect to “analysis” of ACC football. Clearly, an anti-FSU show. Clearly a UNC affiliated host. Should have had a Duke/FSU beat writer on after their big week 1 wins. And so on for big time wins. Doesn’t come out every day as advertised. I am not sure they actually watch games that do not involve UNC or NC State.

Not a lot of actual analysis of teams, games or news impacting the conference. It seems the hosts just say “wow, that was crazy” or “they’re not good” and there is a lack of insight or analysis.

The Hosts are very knowledgeable however after listening to a few episodes I already have a handle on their opinions about the teams. I like their assessments but this is the ACC and I would really like to hear from the beat writers who cover the teams or other knowledgeable guests. The show is a little dry right now so hopefully they can switch it up and get some more voices on the show.

The male host played football and make some knowledgeable comments even if you don't agree with them. I wish he really knew more about the options of conference realignment and how teams might "blow up" the ACC. Yes if 8 teams decided to leave the ACC then it could be disbanded without ESPN penalties. And the cohost Candace is extremely unqualified to be a football analyst. I know she loves UNC but when did they last win Natty?

Only hear about NC, FSU, thought this was an ACC podcast. Even called out two teams in the last one as if they didn’t care to be in it or had no excitement.

Is Candice Cooper a racist? It certainly sounds that way from her comments. Thanks to Kenton for understanding it’s about performance, not skin color. That said, I certainly won’t be listening to this podcast again. I have no appetite for racists.

No fluff pieces, no not pieces

Love this podcast as chaser for my team pod! The 1 on 1’s are solid but I think this week’s round table format is where it really shines. Candace does a great job of using thought provoking statements/questions to get the hosts going and then directing traffic to get everyone involved

This podcast serves up EXCELLENT info on each of the ACC teams without bias. If you're looking to get a little smarter about the Atlantic Coast Conference, I implore you to take a listen!
