That's the situation six Los Angeles teenagers find themselves in when they stumble upon a terrible secret and realize that their parents have been lying to them for their entire lives. The offspring begin an investigation to try to figure out what their guardians are after, while the adults wonder if their kids are hiding secrets of their own. The unlikely crew of teens bands together — led by de facto leader and primary strategist Alex Wilder — to stop their parents before it is too late. The Marvel series is from executive producer Josh Schwartz, whose resume of young-adult fare includes "The O.C." and "Gossip Girl."

Great Aftershow - Runaways

Honestly, it was great aftershow last week. I love the fact that you guys seem to incorporate some comic book knowledge into possible plot driven predictions on where the storyline might be heading in the foreseeable future. Now anyways, do you think that Leslie might use her extraterrestrial pregnancy as a sort of manipulation tool/leverage against our girl, Karolina and quite possibly Jonah. Simply because from what I know of Leslie Dean from the comics, this would seem right in here bag of tricks to do so she can assumably in control. Remember now, pregnant does not mean invalid. As for a side note, the parents that I like the most of the show would have to be the Minorus. And I feel that like unlike Dale, Robert would immediately know that this wasn’t his wife. Tina, being bubbly and outwardly cheerful, relatively nice to the Yorkes and Janet, eating chocolate cake. He would be like this ain’t Tina. #NotMyWife
