Bomani!! First off, what a podcast Sir. Not only do I enjoy your solo shows on Monday, I also look forward to the various guests you have join you on Wednesdays and Fridays. Your show delves deep into every subject you discuss and I enjoy hearing your attack of both sides of topic. Also, your, “If you haven’t heard” segment that are on the Monday shows are a particular favorite of mine. Every time I listen, I hear about a real world topic that I had zero clue about. Isnt bomani supposed to be smart? He talks about learning how to be good at spanish in duolingo (bc that aint learning spanish) like he's discovering the concept of language for the first time when there are millions of teens taking Spanish right now who dont make learning a language sound so annoying and chauvinist

Love Bo’s take on sports, current affairs, culture and race and how funny and direct he is but I absolutely love Foxworth Fridays when Bo and Fox go back and forth. It’s a great way to end the work week. Love listening to both those bros chop it up. Loving the addition of Elle Duncan as well on the show. Her knowledge, storytelling and comedic edge is another fantastic pairing with Bo Keep up the great work. We appreciate you Bo, Dominique and Elle.

First off love the show and always support. Second I’m a Jr High teacher (Black Male) at a Cholic school and yes, yes the popular kid (male, female , black, white, Hispanic don’t matter) who makes drastic changes I quickly send to the school “specialist “ who handles those concerns. Love the show this hit home.

I was hoping when the show came back it would be freshened up. Then Nick Wright came on as a guest. I guess Roy Woods is next. Wow another Nick Wright show…. Bomani needs to freshen up the show format. I just don’t like the show post ESPN. Also Bo is so liberal now. Where did that come from?

Been following Bomani for years and finally had to give him 5 stars so he’s not inclined to believe I am a hater. But in all honesty Bomani has an incredible mind and his background in economics allows him to talk about things on a macro level I don’t hear anywhere else while also having fun with it as well. Out of all the podcast out there he’s the only one I make sure not to miss an episode.

Show is cool. Most of the time Bomani has some insightful commentary and some fun guests. There’s fun humor in here. The show also adds in other topics and listener stories. The other quarter of the time is him complaining about walking 15 miles in the snow when he was young. He really plays up the old head thing some days. Not sure if it’s on purpose or by accident. Foxworth Fridays are always entertaining
