Poem44I miss the old podcastThis topic is very important however I miss the broad approach that the previous version of the podcast had. Maybe have mini episodes not diabetes related to still engage everyone.
-
MadgradstudentSuch a great resource for prediabetes and diabetesMy favorite podcast! The hosts address topics that speak to me. I’ve been able to connect deeper with my food and body thanks to all the information offered. They also bring on the best guests!! Thank you for the work you’re doing
-
hlhoughDisappointedI used to enjoy Food Heaven, and wanted the Diabetes Digital program to be as good. Unfortunately, it falls short for me. It borders on following trending information and providing misinformation rather than facts and science. It just feels like something has been lost with the change over.
-
ItsjussmsThanks You Ladies!!this is a great podcast just subscribed via learning about you both from “the friend zone” i definitely taking notes i am currently Pre-Diabetic and looking to reduce my A1C ♥️🙌🏾💃🏾

Toya_Star15Wish I found this podcast soonerBy time I found this podcast they had few more left before taking a break. Because of them I got encouraged to finally pursue my Nutrition and Dietetics degree. Definitely have their old shows on replay. I can wait to see what they’re coming with next.
-
magicalmerSuper insightfulI’m an undergraduate dietetics student and I was required to listen to their podcast for a dietetics assignment. I know they aren’t currently making episodes, but Wendy and Jess are great hosts and I’ll definitely keep listening to their old episodes!
-
Anon4269Your Foodie BestiesJess and Wendy are great, down to earth hosts. Even though they are obviously experts on nutrition, they always seem so open to learning from their guests on everything food and health related. I also feel like even if you aren’t on a health/fitness journey you’ll still enjoy listening to this just for the food recommendations and inspiration. There’s always recipes on episodes or guests that are food bloggers/cookbook creators.
-
Foodforever23Best Podcast!Food Heaven is my go-to podcast. I love Wendy’s and Jess’s takes on wellness and nutrition. They share practical advice about nutrition and health and have amazing guests who are professionals in the health and wellness space. I feel calm any time I listen and walk away learning something new.

Wickersham1Pivot series is more wonderfulness!I’m a long-time RDN and have enjoyed Hess, Wendy & the podcast for awhile. Often send episodes to my three 20-something daughters because the topics are helpful, insightful & fun. The Marley Frank show is perfect timing for my own transition! I’ve re-listened to several parts. Looking forward to your next steps & appreciate your transparency!
-
yagurlcatalinaDay 1 Listener! Thank u 4 bein so giving!I am really grateful to y’all for how giving y’all have been with this podcast. I been listening to y’all since you first began this podcast. I feel it was really important for me to show love here. The Pívot episodes have been immensely informative to me as I too am making pivots in my career. That financials episode tho, that was good stuff! We absolutely got to talk about our financials more - that transparency is a game changer. Thank you for bringing your community along in this process as y’all make changes in your journey -it has been so enlightening! Whatever y’all end up doing I trust and believe it’s going to be impactful and well executed.

Carlie BeauTrailblazer RDsI started following Jessica and Wendy during my dietetic internship in 2017 and I have always loved their energy, bestie story, and how they continue to evolve and be unapologetically themselves in the health and wellness space. This podcast always has timely and relatable topics which keeps me up with the trends and gives me clarity and reassurance to living a well balanced Life. -Carlie Saint-Laurent Beaucejour, MS, RD @cravewithcarlie

colewiscoOne of my favs!Food Heaven was one of the first podcasts I ever listened to and has been one of my favorites ever since. There are a lot of wellness podcasts out there but what makes this one unique is that the hosts approach topics through an inclusive cultural lens. Wendy and Jess are hilarious, thoughtful, and the topics are always on trend.

BibleapprevLong time listenerHi Jessica and Wendy! I feel like y’all are my daughters. 😊. I’m in my late 50’s and I really enjoy your podcast. I first found y’all on back when you were on YouTube cooking. I wasn’t vegan at that time, I’m now, and I enjoyed your knowledge and personalities. Keep growing and doing a wonderful job!
-
The BookwomanA Dentist Tells All 🦷What a great interview!! So informative and your questions were on point- practical and realistic. I learned so much and will definitely be putting some of these suggestions into my daily habits.
-
Alexandra MonetThank you for making wellness a safer space for fat Black women!Hey, girls! I love y’all. Listening to your podcast is always the highlight of my commute. As a black queer feminist who is fat and not interested in weight loss/fatphobic health standards, I feel so LOVED and SEEN whenever I hear y’all speak out against fatphobia (which is all the time). Oh also, y’all should get Sabrina Strings or Caleb Luna on the show to talk about fat liberation and its intersection with black/latinx politics. Hearing y’all in dialogue would be a dream! Anyway, keep up the fabulous work <3
-
eruereedPostpartum peaceThanks for being an anchor for me as I navigate a new body, even now 18 months after my daughter’s birth. Your calm, loving and realistic perspectives on food, the body, and balanced life have helped me so much. Whenever I’m feeling spiral-y, I know I have a safe haven and wise, life-giving words to hear from you. Appreciate you💗
-
CDT2011All the things!Wendy and Jess cover a wide range of topics on this podcast and I love it! When the topics involve their area of expertise, they make the science around nutrition easy to understand with zero fluff, which I appreciate. Listening to them is like chilling and chatting with your smart friends. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and bringing on expert guest to address the rest. A truly delightful listen.
-
ruggyg123Impeccable timingMy favorite podcast. I look forward to it every week. Somehow the topic always resonates or relates to something that’s been on my mind.

Dree the RNA Good Grounding Podcast about FOOD!Dear Jess and Wendy, Thank you so much for creating this beautiful and intentional podcast. Oftentimes I listen in and it feels like I’m listening to my very knowledgeable BFF. I love listening to the Food Heaven podcast when I’m struggling with thoughts around food. Your show always brings me back to what is important and how I should feel around food. No guilt, no pressure, no restrictions. Only pleasure, enjoyment, and satisfaction. I do have one request…..can you please get Grow With Jo on your podcast. I think she aligns well with what you two talk about and she represents for all the postpartum mamas! As a labor and delivery RN it would be great to hear episodes about nutrition before, during, and after birth. Thank you! Dree

Running26.2Create a new habitOne of my 2023 goals this year is to listen to a new podcast every month. I found this podcast by a happy accident. Wendy and Jess are knowledgeable and real when talking about food, movement and well-being. If you are looking for a new podcast just this a try. I guarantee you will love it!
-
JnavonRDLook no further! This is one of the best nutrition podcast out there. Wendy and Jess discuss intuitive eating and anti-diet topics in an easy to understand and digest way. Fellow RD here and I always recommend the show to my patients struggling with building a better relationship with food. I also love the non nutrition topics because it’s nice to get away from talking or hearing about nutrition 24/7. Highly recommend!
-
Applejacs24The best feel good podcastI very much should have written this a LONG time ago BUT better late than never…this is my all time favorite podcast. I discovered it in 2020 at the height of the pandemic as the show I would listen to while walking my dog. It’s still my favorite podcast and I get so excited every Wednesday for a new episode to come so I can listen on my drive to work. Wendy and Jess are funny, honest, brilliant, and practical. I’m in long term ED recovery (still recovering every day tbh) and this podcast has been nothing short of healing. Love you both keep doing what you’re doing the world needs your messages.
-

_heyitsjudee_Here’s to more great episodes in 2023!The burnout series really hit it on the nail! Super relatable and applicable to how so many people are feeling, myself included. Wendy and Jess’ perspectives in these last episodes have me feeling more motivated to take a look at how I’m feeling in a kind compassionate way. I’m truly so grateful for this podcast and these 2 brilliant ladies!
-
Nina Q.Dynamic DuoOmg this duo right here! The way they easily breakdown EVERYTHING, is so heartwarming and everyone needs to experience it. Every episode just HITS! and I feel so educationally nurtured when I listen to the podcast. I feel especially loved by this podcast because it’s 2 WOC who are experts in their field, and we all know representation matters. I know y’all were needing more reviews and suggestions lol, so I was wondering if y’all can cover topics like nutrition with PCOS, men’s emotional health and their coping strategies, what nutrition/health looks like across trans and non binary people. I work in the immigration field and I think it’d be wonderful to talk about how immigration status also affects health, foood choices, stress and diseases. Please keep doing what you’re doing! Y’all are amazing.
-
AdamlenscapThank youThank you for inspiring to better myself this year!
-
embowlden77Helping people navigate diet culture (and culture) in astute and approachable waysWendy and Jess are absolutely what eaters need if we’re going to stop buying all of the wellness industry’s emphasis on superfoods that are socioeconomically or culturally preclusive. And with diet culture/body positivity becoming buzzwords, they believe keep anti-diet and intuitive eating messaging rooted in social justice. Plus they’re fun, approachable, and relatable.
-
ari xxAmazingI’ve been following Jess and Wendy for years! They’ve been putting in the work to educate and ensure their space is body positive/body neutral for all which is so important and appreciated. Thank you!! Give them a listen to learn about nutrition and laugh along!
