    Holy gender reveal Lauryn!
I love your podcast! I listen every week. I think I caught a “he” in the episode about the baby formula. Congratulations on either gender however! You can delete this if you need to 🫶🏼

    Disappointing
I really wanted to like this podcast, but I just can’t get into it. Nearly every episode feels like the hosts using their guests for personal medical advice rather than focusing on meaningful discussions.

I look forward to this every week
I just wish I had been listening for years and not just the last few months. I love everything they have done and all the things they talk about. Thank you for the questions you ask that I would personally ask!! Quickly becoming my all time fav thing to listen too.

I really love this podcast! I look forward to creative interviews and guests across a variety of topics - Lauryn and Michael ask great questions, which is really an art. I like the crazy stories and (sometimes) triggering and fascinating topics. Don’t change your approach for a subset of listeners that get uncomfortable with things that don’t follow their beliefs- PLEASE. I like it all!! I will stay the interviews have started to sometimes feel like one big infomercial, and sometimes the interviews are more sales pitch oriented vs informative, but I still listen anyway!

How are you going to have a Marriage expert and not even talk about child free marriages.

    Used to enjoy
I used to really enjoy this podcast, but lately it feels like they are just focusing on the same topics over and over again, just with a different guest. Sadly, it’s getting kind of boring. I think they’re doing themselves a disservice by releasing content a few times a week. They would be better off releasing one episode a week to diversify and spread out the content.

    Great show better without Michael
It would be so much better without Michael he just brings it down a notch!

    Ehhhh?
Some episodes are super insightful with intelligent, well informed guests who are respected in their field. Others are a joke with conspiracy theorists who peddle dangerous and inaccurate information. A mixed bag, but the show lacks accountability for the size of its platform. More research should be done before giving anyone a mic to spew their often totally unhinged opinions. They spin it as “showing all sides of whatever” but it’s become a stage for lots of people who really don’t deserve one (and super alt-right lately???) Also the ads are WAY too long. Like 5-6 minutes every 20 minutes long.

    Great Listen!
My husband and I love listening to the Him & Her Show while driving. We love learning from their informative guests. Lauryn & Michael’s banter is a kick too!

    ✌️
Used to be a big fan and listened religiously 2x a week since 2020. It’s gotten insufferable lately and feels like I’m listening to the same talking points over and over again. All good things must come to an end…

    Misinformation with questionable guests
As a measles outbreak is occurring in Texas you give a platform to ignorant Cheryl Hines to tout her unqualified husband further validating not just a difference of opinion but a dangerous and anti science POV. Not into conspiracies or polio or more of these corporate podcasts.

Some shows are best as limited series. This is one of them. It’s just gotten so predictable and boring.

    Pod Getting Worse
I’ve been a fan of the show for years, particularly because Lauryn and Michael brings guests of all different experiences and viewpoints onto the show, but it’s going downhill. I’m liberal and like to listen to all sides and all types of people across party lines, but I have noticed the guests are quite similar now, backing Michael and Lauryn’s views. It feels like I’m listening to an echo chamber each episode. I would appreciate more diversity in the guests. Also, I do like it when Lauryn and Michael discuss their lives but sometimes they liken their guests’ points to their lives a bit too much where it sounds like they’re taking away from their guests.
  • Liljj3210123
    No.
I used to love this show and am honestly appalled at Lauryn for telling women who struggle with infertility that they can meditate to get pregnant. That is disgusting and disgraceful and should’ve been immediately removed from the podcast. Lauryn should be ashamed. Also STOP TELLING PREGNANT WOMEN TO DRINK RAW MILK MY GOD. This was the last straw for me. Bye.
  • JessicaCov
    Awful
Listen only if you want to listen to one-sided conservative rants about Covid and fake news about raw milk.
  • AlexandraKayW
    Not a fan
Lauryn doesn’t sound like she has a personality, an ego instead. The talking over guests is horrible to hear, especially when it’s directly in my AirPods. Maybe I need to listen to more than one episode but Ivanka trump is way to smart to be down played as a guest on this podcast. Ivanka trump is way over their heads.
  • jillmickelson08
    First time listening
Loved the episode with Gary Brecka! Wow. Such helpful clear advice for basically everything I’ve been struggling with in my health. I appreciated the brand recommendations too! I hardly ever listen to podcast episodes fully and I couldn’t stop listening to this one. Thank you! ✨

    Misinformation
7-8 years ago this show was entertaining. Now, it’s frustrating to listen to and not helpful when every guest feels like an ad- for either a political side or a product. Michael and Lauryn commenting about what was right/wrong during COVID is absolutely abhorrent (Lauryn- use your dictionary). They are laughing about how social distancing was a joke and toxic. You know what? They are not physicians- they were not in the trenches, in hospitals literally overflowing with patients, needing to decide who was dying the most to deserve the ECMO machine. Us, who actually saw Covid take hundreds of our patients, were begging for social distancing just so we could slow the progression, to keep up with the thousands of patients crowding our hospital and too little staff to treat them. They are clearly only capable of understanding the surface problems of the upper class. These hosts have no empathy and it’s become too disgusting to bear, especially given the climate we are currently in. Aside from all of this, they don’t allow the guests to speak, they interrupt with their own stories that have been told over and over, the jokes are old and stale.
  • Gdenigris
    My fav
Love their honesty and the direction they’ve taken the podcast. I feel like they also cover such a broad range of topics that it’s always fresh and interesting.

    Favorite podcast ever
This is my favorite podcast ever!!!! Lately the guests have been amazing!!!!
  • Blunt diva
    Kinda annoying
I appreciate the guests they bring, and I always get excited to listen to whoever they bring on but OMG I swear they constantly talk over each other. The hosts will ask a question but then continue talking, go on random tangents, keep bringing up already said things. I can never finish a full episode because I get so tired of the interrupting and talking over each other. It’s unfortunate because I think they have potential to make good, informative content, but they lack communication respect.

    Interrupts guests
Hopped on here to listen to Mel, but it felt like she was speaking to two children the entire time. Interrupting constantly and saying the most childish, selfish things. First and last time listener.
  • EmHutchLev
    Excellent guests. Horrible takes
2 stars for great guests but unfortunately the hosts don’t believe in actual research and science…was a huge fan a few years ago but sadly they attempt to be Joe Rogan
  • Sara_Podcast
This is generally boring and uninformed
I wonder how they feel about Trump rolling back limits on PFAs in water. Make America health right?!?!
  • aaustin865
Once relatable… Now just scary and out of touch
This used to be a middle of the road health and wellness podcast. It has become somewhat of an alt right/conspiracy theory podcast. Thank goodness they interviewed Chelsea Clinton 5 years ago… because they hold onto that to state “we talk to people from all sides. we had chelsea clinton on”… if you want to keep that “narrative” going … then I suggest you interview some people from all sides in the current world…. and if not, respectfully, rebrand. It is dangerous how you use this platform.
  • Karen Perry
    Wow
I used to listen due to the many topics I was interested in being featured. This year I have noticed a very irresponsible trend where they condone things with no research (raw milk) and worse-a very obvious political leaning rhetoric. Anti covid response, ivanka, MAHA etc. will not be listening again. Also Lauren repeats the same stuff every episode to eat meat and lift weights. WE GET IT.
  • MichelleRN
    One sided
They have devolved to only having guests that promote their chosen narrative- increasing ignorance Eating on the air is disgustingl
  • Redstir68
    Great pod
Love the recent guests. Made Even better now that the fragile snowflakes can't handle it and have to come here to write a review saying they are leaving. 😂😂😂 gonna be a great 4 years !
  • burnTheRope
    they’re rude and it shows
This is probably my first review I’ve ever written… I’ve liked this podcast because of the variety of topics. Health, wellness and business..honestly the political episodes don’t really bother me so much it’s when they put the other political party down or say something negative about someone who’s vegan or non meat eaters. There’s no need to put people or perspectives or different values down to make their values better. They interview amazing people. I just wish they weren’t so into themselves.
  • lushdeez
    Love it but
Lauryn stop eating while talking on air the sound makes my skin crawl. Keep doing everything else! 😄
  • cfeld90
    Great guests terrible hosts
They have an incredible roster of guests which sometimes entices me to listen. But every time I do I’m reminded of how terrible the hosts are. Lauren can barely speak and has the most…. Bizarre? Opinions (not science backed). And Michael steamrolls host guests.
  • KelseyCookie1988
Sad to see what they have become
I have been listening to this podcast for years, but it’s very sad to see how alt-right they have become. I understand they benefit from GOP tax plans given how wealthy they are, but it’s just such a turn off for me at this point. Human rights > raw milk.
  • dixon175647
    Susan David episodes
Couldn’t get past the first 19 minutes of Dr. Susan David episode. It felt like they used the episode to get a marriage counseling session.

Trashy sellouts. The podcast is basically an infomercial.
  • Midwestgirlypop
A health podcast doesn’t need politics.
I have been enjoying the Him&Her podcast for quite some time now and have loved the diversity in guests they have on. I appreciate the witty banter between the hosts but more recently this podcast is getting far too political. I have no issues when people mention their politics every once in awhile but to have back-to-back guests that are very politically motivated, I’m starting to enjoy this less and less. Go back to health and wellness, or change the category of the show. At the end of the day there is nothing “healthy” about people losing their bodily autonomy and rights to reproductive healthcare.
  • wanderwall1422
Was my favorite show for years but now it’s becoming too one sided
I have loved for years with the show for the variety of guests and opinions and political stances… But you can see that the show leaning more to one political side, which kind of takes away the magic of hearing all different opinions. I wish they would kinda go back to just being open to all guests

Embarrassing to have someone whose father is a 34 time convicted felon on your show and be praising him. Do better.

Would love the pod more if they weren’t injecting their pseudo-science claims and products every time a guest is trying to speak on something.
